Monks is a global, data-driven digital-first brand within S4Capital, seeking a Social Media Manager/Community Manager to oversee online communities and curate content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

You will schedule posts, monitor sentiment with social listening tools, and analyze campaign KPIs to maintain high-quality creative output while contributing fresh ideas in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in advertising or agency as Social Media Manager or Community Manager.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong creative mindset with curiosity for social media trends and creative platforms.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, collaborative team environment.
• Comfort working independently and with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage online communities and curate user-generated content natively and through management platforms like Sprinklr.
• Schedule posts and use social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and emerging trends.
• Perform data analysis to track campaign KPIs and support the team in maintaining high creative quality.
• Create and execute multi-channel editorial plans across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in social media marketing.
• Proactively bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
