Exide Technologies is seeking a BESS System Engineer to design and integrate electrical systems for power-conversion and grid-connected projects, supporting both proposals and execution phases.

The role leads power-conversion topics, grid integration, and MV equipment selection, ensuring safety, compliance, and optimal performance across design and implementation. International collaboration and growth opportunities are included.

Competenze

• Technical diploma or Engineering Degree (Electrical/Electronic preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of MS Office Suite.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Mansioni

• Serve as technical lead for power conversion and grid-integration topics, including converter/inverter selection and grid compliance.
• Develop and validate electrical system architecture, including sizing and interconnection.
• Lead MV BoP electrical design (MV stations, transformers, switchgear, protection, grounding).
• Prepare single-line diagrams, protection concepts, cable sizing, and equipment specs.
• Ensure electrical safety, protection principles, and technical compliance across design and implementation.
• Support tenders, technical proposals, and project execution with multi-disciplinary teams.
