Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, invites applications for a Guest Arrival Expert/Bellboy Intern. Based in Milan, you will join a luxury hotel near Teatro alla Scala, supporting guests with luggage, room orientation, and local information.

The internship offers full-time schedules and exposure to Marriott International’s premium brand. The role emphasizes hospitality, guest service excellence, and teamwork, with an opportunity to grow within the Luxury Collection and Marriott family

Objectives and internship activities

• Provide a warm and sophisticated welcome and farewell to guests.
• Assist with luggage handling, including loading, unloading, storage, and in-room delivery.
• Escort guests to their rooms when needed and provide a brief orientation.
• Offer information about hotel amenities, services, and local points of interest.
• Assist in arranging transportation and recording advance requests.
• Support in managing the hotel entrance, ensuring cleanliness and smooth traffic flow.
• Help with valet service, including vehicle inspection and guest notifications.
• Contribute to creating memorable experiences by anticipating guest needs.
