Bagno Royal on Forte dei Marmi's seafront seeks an energetic Barista/Bartender to craft coffee, cocktails, and beverages to a high standard. You will greet guests warmly, tailor drink recommendations, and ensure the bar area remains orderly and stocked.

The role emphasizes hospitality, personal service, and an inviting guest experience. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is important, with potential extension for the winter season across group venues.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a barista, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting, for at least 1 year.
• Knowledge of coffee and milk preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer service focus.
• Flexibility with working hours, including evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to create unique experiences for our customers.

We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Barista/Bartender at our Bagno Royal venue, located on the seafront of Forte dei Marmi.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, basic cocktails, and soft drinks, in line with our venue’s standards.

Greet guests with a smile and a friendly attitude, providing attentive and personalized service.

Recommend drinks based on customer preferences and offer detailed information about our products.

Keep the bar area clean and organized, including tools and equipment.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure an excellent experience for all our guests.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a barista, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting, for at least 1 year.

Working hours

will mainly be from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
There is the possibility of contract extension for the winter season at other venues within the group.
