Sass Dlacia invites you to join our bar team, where you will prepare and serve drinks with care, professionalism and attention to detail, while welcoming guests and taking orders. This role requires a dynamic, reliable, guest-focused person with good communication skills, precision, team spirit and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and during busy periods.

Cocktail-making skills and hospitality experience are a plus.

You will join the Sass Dlacia team, preparing and serving drinks with care, professionalism and attention to detail.

• Welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Prepare and serve coffee, hot and cold drinks, aperitifs and cocktails.
• Take and manage orders during service.
• Set up, restock and organise the bar counter.

• Keep the bar and its equipment clean and organised.
• Work closely with the Restaurant, Kitchen and property management teams.

A dynamic, reliable and guest-focused person with previous experience, even if brief, in a similar role.

Good communication skills, precision, team spirit and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and during busy periods are essential. Cocktail-making skills, hospitality experience and knowledge of foreign languages are considered an advantage.
