RH Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Bar Leader in Milano to guide guests through RH's refined beverage program with a focus on wine, spirits, and cocktails. You will coach bar and coffee Team Members, uphold service standards, and collaborate with location leadership to ensure operational excellence.

The role requires 4+ years of high-volume hospitality bartending experience, strong knowledge of beverages, and a commitment to responsible service.

Competenze

• 4+ years bartending in upscale hospitality
• Experience coaching hospitality team members is a must
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, cocktails
• Commitment to responsible alcohol service and guest safety
• Fluent English requested for guest service and teamwork
