Agoda is seeking a Director of Product - Tax Platform, based in Bangkok with a hybrid model. You will lead end-to-end tax platform strategy, govern data and data flows, and coordinate with global teams to enable compliant, scalable tax operations.

You will work with senior stakeholders, drive multi-year transformation, and manage complex regulatory needs across multiple countries within Booking Holdings.

Competenze

• 10+ years in product management or similar roles.
• Senior leadership experience (Director/Head of Product or equivalent).
• Deep knowledge of indirect tax domains and regulatory changes.
• Hands-on experience with tax platform components and data.

Mansioni

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agoda's global tax platform.
• Partner with Group Tax to translate requirements into outcomes.
• Lead long multi-year transformations for tax platforms and integrations.
• Balance buy-vs-build decisions for engines and services.
• Collaborate with engineering to shape architecture and governance.
• Define success metrics and report progress to leadership.
