Agoda Compliance & Ethics is seeking a confident, self‑motivated professional to join our global team in Bangkok. You will lead and support day‑to‑day compliance initiatives, review risk areas, and drive policy and training programs to strengthen the program across the business.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders, with relocation support for candidates not in Bangkok and no remote work option. This is an individual contributor position.

Competenze

• 5+ years in compliance/ethics within multinational orgs.
• Experience implementing and maturing compliance programs.
• Ability to translate legal/ethical requirements into practical controls.

Mansioni

• Lead and support daily compliance and ethics initiatives with timely delivery.
• Review gifts, entertainment, conflicts of interest, third-party due diligence; drive mitigations.
• Develop and enhance policies, SOPs, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other functions to embed compliance in processes.
• Prepare management updates and internal/external communications.
