Job summary

Xsolla Inc. is seeking an experienced backend developer to design, build, and maintain robust APIs using PHP and GoLang. You will contribute to microservices and high-load payment flows, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will work with Grafana, Kibana, ELK, and other monitoring tools to ensure system reliability, while documenting architectures and processes for maintainability.

Qualifications

• Proven backend development with PHP and GoLang.
• Solid understanding of OOP and design patterns.
• Experience with microservices and scalable backends.
• Strong SQL and database design.
• Familiarity with Postman, GitLab, console and dev tools.
• Experience with Grafana, Kibana, DataDog and ELK.
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using PHP and GoLang.
• Develop new microservices and enhance systems for large-scale integrations and high-load payment flows.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high development standards.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and partner teams to deliver solutions.
• Contribute to system monitoring using Grafana, Kibana, and ELK.
• Document technical specifications, architecture, and new functionalities.
• Participate in Kanban ceremonies and cross-functional communication.
