A.S. Watson Group is seeking a Back End Developer to support our O+O strategy, delivering secure, scalable digital platforms powering customer journeys across brands.

You’ll work with product owners, front-end developers, architects, QA Engineers and other stakeholders to design, develop and optimise backend services. You will write clean, well-tested Java code, integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, and contribute to cloud-based deployments.

Competenze

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• At least two years’ software development experience.
• Experience developing web apps using Java; SAP CX (Hybris) exposure is a plus.

• Design, estimate, develop and enhance reliable back-end solutions for O+O customer journeys.
• Build secure, high-performing services following engineering standards and best practices.
• Develop Java and SAP CX solutions for scalable customer experiences.
• Create and support REST and GraphQL integrations and cloud-based services.
• Apply observability and monitoring practices to improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, QA and Delivery teams across the SDLC.
• Troubleshoot defects and improve platform quality and outcomes.
