team.blue is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer to join our agile, cross-functional team and shape scalable, secure services. You will collaborate with product owners and engineers to translate business needs into robust architectures.

You’ll design architectures, implement proven patterns with Java/Spring, run automated tests, and uphold coding standards while improving development processes in a high-availability SaaS environment. Strong Italian and English communication is expected.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience focusing on Java.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of OOP/SOLID, algorithms, data structures and design patterns.
• Proven experience with Java frameworks, especially Spring.
• Experience with automated testing strategies.
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL, RDBMS).
• Exposure to high availability and SaaS/PaaS models.
• Fluent in Italian with ability to read and communicate in English.
