team.blue is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer to join an agile, cross-functional team in Italy. You will design and build scalable, secure services, collaborating with product owners to translate business needs into robust applications.

The role requires 5+ years in software development, strong Java/Spring experience, and a solid foundation in OOP, databases, testing, and security. Italian fluency and English reading ability are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on software development with a focus on Java.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of OOP/OO design, algorithms, data structures and patterns.
• Experience with Java frameworks, especially Spring.
• Experience implementing automated testing strategies.
• Familiar with SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of SaaS/PaaS and high availability concepts.
• Fluent Italian and able to read and communicate in English.
