Qonto is hiring a Backend Engineer to build the financial infrastructure used by 600,000+ European SMEs. You will design and maintain scalable APIs and banking services, with a focus on real-time processing and zero-mistake reliability.

Join a squad-based team of engineers, collaborating with PMs, Designers, and other stacks, while growing technical leadership and contributing to production reliability.

• Strong backend engineering experience with large-scale web applications.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work in cross-functional squads.
• Experience writing tests, setting up monitoring, and performing root-cause analysis.
