A major multinational company in Milan is seeking a Customer Service Specialist. This position involves handling customer calls, assisting with orders, and managing data entry. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in advanced English is essential, and knowledge of SAP is a plus. The role is permanent, full-time, with a gross annual salary of €33,000 plus a €10 meal voucher. Smart working is not offered.

Competenze
