EWOR GmbH seeks ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. Fellows are employed by EWOR and can receive up to €500k in funding while building a €1B+ company, with weekly 1:1 sparring sessions with unicorn founders.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent communication in English

Responsibilities

• You will own, build, and run your startup in fields such as B2B.
• Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and a fully customised programme.
• Receive support in hiring through our network of over 50,000 professionals and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup to raise millions in funding.
• Iterate your product with EWOR until reaching product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine.
