Job summary

EWOR GmbH seeks ambitious founders to start and scale their own startups while being employed by EWOR. You will work with serial entrepreneurs, build in Fintech and related fields, and benefit from a highly structured personal development journey guided by unicorn founders.

You can opt for a salary during the program and funding support up to €500k, plus access to a vast network and intensive coaching to prepare for large funding rounds within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• You will own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Fintech.
• Engage in extensive personal development crafted by unicorn founders and follow a fully customised programme.
• Receive support in hiring through EWOR’s network of over 50,000 professionals and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to ready your startup for funding rounds and iterate your product with EWOR until achieving product-market-fit.
