Job summary

EWOR GmbH is looking to hire ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. Fellows are employed by EWOR, with a salary while you build, and the option for up to €500k in funding.

You’ll receive weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders and join a community of the top 0.1% of founders, peers and investors. You will own, build and run your startup in SaaS or related fields, supported by a customised programme, hiring assistance from our network of 50,000 professionals, and

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own, build and run your startup in SaaS or related fields.
• Undergo a personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and a customised programme.
• Receive hiring support through our network of 50,000 professionals and guidance from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for a multi‑million euro funding round.
• Iterate your product with us until achieving product-market-fit and help build a sales/marketing engine.
