Ralph Lauren Corporation in Italy (Campegine) is seeking a Fulfilment Operations associate to drive reporting and analysis for the B2B logistics channel. You will develop dashboards, monitor service levels, and provide insights to help management decisions.

The role requires a university degree (industrial engineering preferred), 3–5 years of related experience, fluency in Italian and English, and strong Excel and BI tool skills. A 1-year temporary contract is offered.

Competenze

• Applicant must be a university graduate, preferably an industrial engineer, must speak Italian and English, other languages would be advantageous.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a related role.
• Very good analytical skills required, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of business intelligence tools.
• Results oriented, able to prioritize dynamically based on changing business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), proactive approach with a variety of stakeholders.
• The role is based in Campegine. We offer 1 year temp contract.

Mansioni

• Support manager and senior managers with data analysis, reporting and process mapping
• Design, establish reporting and visibility, that will monitor and improve operational service levels and aid strategic decision making
• Collaborate on a daily basis with Customer Service teams to manage customers’ requests
• Coordinate third parties in charge of managing daily operations
• Support with strong communication and Power Point presentation skills
• Provide meaningful deep-dive business, operational and financial analysis on key topics
• Assist in the management of key projects in support of the B2B channel
