Ralph Lauren Corporation in Emilia-Romagna seeks a Fulfilment Operations Associate for the B2B logistics channel to develop reports and analyses that drive management decisions.

You will support managers with data analysis, design reporting, and enhance service levels through insightful, actionable BI outputs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• University graduate; industrial engineering is preferred.
• Italian and English are required; additional languages are a plus.
• 1–3 years' related experience; strong analytical abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; basic BI tools knowledge; proactive communicator.

• Support managers with data analysis, reporting and process mapping.
• Design and implement reporting to monitor and improve service levels.
• Communicate insights effectively; create PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders.
• Provide deep-dive business, operational and financial analysis on key topics.
• Assist in managing key projects within the B2B channel.
