Job summary

Nayak Aircraft Services Italy launches a new operation at Milan Linate Airport and seeks an experienced B1/B2 licensed engineer to join the team. The role covers on-site line maintenance for Airbus A320 Family aircraft, focusing on safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality workmanship.

The successful candidate will perform inspections, troubleshooting, defect rectification, and system checks, ensuring on-time return to service in line with EASA rules and Nayak MOEs.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid EASA Part-66 B1/B2 License.
• Possess a valid Airbus A320 Family type rating (CFM56 and/or LEAP-1A compatible).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform line maintenance on A320 Family aircraft.
• Certify maintenance work and document technical actions.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and rectify aircraft defects during maintenance.
• Follow MOE procedures and customer-specific requirements.
• Utilize company equipment safely and maintain current qualifications.
• Support stores and ensure availability of aircraft materials.

Position

As part of Nayak Aircraft Services Italy's expansion and the launch of our new maintenance operations at Milan Linate Airport, we are looking for an experienced B1/B2 Licensed Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will perform line maintenance activities on A320 Family aircraft, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will carry out both routine and non-routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, troubleshooting, defect rectification, and system checks.

Working in a dynamic operational environment, you will help ensure aircraft airworthiness and on-time performance, contributing to the safe return of aircraft to service in full compliance with EASA regulations, company procedures, and safety standards.

What you'll be doing

You will have the opportunity to:

• Perform maintenance activities in accordance with your EASA Part-66 License and Company Authorizations.
• Certify maintenance work and ensure accurate completion of all required technical documentation.
• Carry out scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance activities.
• Perform troubleshooting and rectification of aircraft defects.
• Follow company MOE procedures and customer-specific maintenance requirements.
• Use company equipment and tools in accordance with safety and operational procedures.
• Ensure training requirements and technical qualifications remain current and valid.
• Support storekeeping activities when required, ensuring availability of aircraft materials and equipment.

You are the right person if...

• You hold a valid EASA Part-66 B1/B2 License.
• You hold a valid type rating on:
• Airbus A320 Family (CFM56) and/or
• Airbus A320 Family (CFM LEAP-1A).
• Previous experience in line maintenance operations is considered a strong advantage.
• You have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• You are safety-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• You have good communication and teamwork skills.
• You are legally entititled to work in Italy.
