Job summary

Nayak Group, Europe’s leading independent MRO provider, seeks an MCC Controller at Aeroporto di Malpensa MXP to coordinate maintenance activities, monitor fleet condition, and ensure safety and efficiency across the fleet.

You will plan and coordinate maintenance, manage AOG/MEL issues, oversee line maintenance, prepare daily reports, and liaise with customers and suppliers, using Airbus/Boeing manuals for technical support.

Job title: MCC Controller (Maintenance Control Centre Controller)

Location: Aeroporto di Malpensa MXP

Reports to: Line Station Manager

The MCC coordinates and oversees aircraft maintenance activities, monitoring the technical condition of the fleet to ensure its safety and operational efficiency. It manages technical issues, coordinates maintenance work in collaboration with the Engineering and Operations departments, and maintains constant contact with customers, providing updates on the status of the aircraft and ongoing maintenance activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning and coordination of aircraft maintenance activities (Production Planning).

The following are considered priority claims:

• Previous experience as a MCC or in aircraft maintenance.
