Job summary

W Hotels in Rome is seeking a Beverage & Food Manager to lead the day-to-day B&F operation, uniting people, performance and guest experience. You will inspire the team, be present during peak times and drive service standards across all experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership in upscale hospitality and fluency in Italian and English, with a passion for hospitality and a knack for delivering memorable guest moments.

Qualifications

• Solid leadership experience within Food & Beverage, ideally in an upscale, luxury or lifestyle hospitality environment.
• Natural leader who can motivate different personalities and build strong teams.
• Strong operational knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Understand costs, productivity, revenue and the numbers behind a B&F operation.
• Comfortable engaging with guests on the floor and reviewing performance with leadership.
• Proactive, hands-on and solutions-oriented.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, food & beverage and lifestyle trends.
• Speak Italian and English confidently.

YOUR MISSION

You will lead the day-to-day Beverage & Food operation, bringing together people, performance and guest experience.
