Descrizione del lavoro

Elliott Aviation is seeking an Aviation Customer Experience Leader to act as the primary point of contact for customers during aircraft maintenance, avionics, interiors, painting, and modification projects. You will coordinate across Operations, Production Control, Parts, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

The role combines project management, customer relationship management, and financial accountability to drive service excellence

Competenze

Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Experience working in an aviation technical environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer relationship management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across teams.

Mansioni

Serve as the Customer's primary point of contact throughout maintenance events.
Coordinate aircraft maintenance, avionics, interiors, and service projects from induction to completion.
Monitor progress, labor utilization, and milestones; communicate updates to customers.
Support invoicing, progress billing, and project closeout in collaboration with Operations and Sales teams.
Document and maintain accurate project files and reporting.
