Job summary

MAGROUP Magnaghi Aerospace seeks a dedicated MRO & GA Coordinator for its Landing Gear and GA JV in Ankara, Turkey. You will lead a small team of technicians, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the landing gear MRO and GA activities.

The role requires engineering expertise with a focus on process optimization, resource planning, and budgeting. The position offers a pathway to influence technical operations and industrial setup within the JV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aerospace, mechanical or related field.
• Knowledge of CMMs, blueprints and repair documents.
• Knowledge of aviation industry regulations and standards.
• Experience or potential in team management, resource planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team involved in landing gear MRO & GA activities.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Develop shift schedules and allocate resources.
• Support the setup of the JV regarding technical and industrial operations.
• Oversee MRO & GA processes for landing gear systems and Sky Arrow aircraft with Italy coordination.
• Ensure operations comply with safety regulations.
