Job summary

Lufthansa Technik Milan is seeking a Customer Engineering professional to support the interface between customers, service, sales, production and engineering. You will tackle complex technical issues during acquisition, contract design and routine phases to keep aircrafts flying.

You will foster engineering relationships, deliver technical presentations, release supplements and provide aircraft documentation while prioritizing quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Proficiency in English and Italian is required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP is required.
• Previous customer service experience in aviation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Address technical issues at the interface between customers, service, sales, production and engineering.
• Foster and manage engineering customer relationships through meetings and technical presentations.
• Release supplements and provide aircraft documentation.
• Process technical, cross-technology customer requirements.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback regularly.
• Evaluate technical trends in the MRO market and identify customer needs.
