FL Technics Wheels & Brakes in Bergamo seeks an Aviation Component Painter to prepare, prime, and paint aircraft wheels, hubs and rims. You will follow EASA/FAA rules and maintain accurate records in AMOS, collaborating with the production team for quality results.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Apprenticeship certificate or journeyman in surface finish application (component painting).
• Experience: 6–12 months in surface finish application or related trades.
• Language: English proficiency in conversation and reading/writing.

Responsabilités

• Perform surface preparation, priming, and painting of aircraft components (wheels, hubs, rims) using approved materials.
• Ensure all painting activities meet EASA/FAA regulatory requirements and company standards, with sign-offs and job cards.
• Maintain strict maintenance documentation, PPE usage, and environmental controls throughout painting processes.
