FL Technics Wheels & Brakes Srl. in Bergamo, Italy, seeks a Category A Aircraft Mechanic to perform disassembly, inspection, testing and assembly of wheels and brakes within scope of authorizations.

You will certify work, provide training to staff, use AMOS ERP for data and sign-off, and ensure proper handling of tools and sign-off on components. English reading/writing is required; EU passport or residence permit is needed.

Competenze

• Education: Vocational training/apprenticeship certificate in aircraft wheels/brakes release activity
• An Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) related to the type and scope of the release activity
• An aeronautical diploma or certificate suitable for release activity
• Technical school diploma/certificate
• Military diploma/certificate related to release activity or aeronautical field
• Experience within last 12 months in maintenance, logs and authorizations
• English reading and writing; working knowledge of maintenance data language
• EU passport or valid residence permit

Mansioni

• Carry out disassembly, cleaning, testing and assembly of wheels and brakes and substructures
• Rectify defects found during inspection within scope of authorizations
• Certify work performed by others within scope of authorizations
• Provide training to new staff and trainees when required
• Use maintenance data and sign-off job cards within scope of authorizations
• Distribute work according to qualification, experience, and priorities
• Issue Project Release to service and EASA FORM1 for components within scope of authorizations
• Ensure proper use and storage of tools and equipment and qualifications for special equipment

Category A (Cat A) Aircraft Mechanic

YOUR TASKS:

• Carry out disassembling, cleaning, blasting, inspection/ testing and assembly of wheels and brakes as well as their substructure components within scope of authorizations
• Rectification all defects founded on component during inspection within scope of authorizations
• Certify work performed by others within scope of authorizations
• Provide training to new staff and trainees as and when required
• Use of maintenance data, carry out and sign-off job cards within scope of authorizations
• Work/ task distribution to other in according to the qualification and experience, workload, work priorities
• Issue Project Release to service and EASA FORM1 for components within scope of authorizations
• Proper usage and storage of tools and equipment and ensuring all special equipment to be used according to approved manuals and having sufficient qualification, knowledge, experience

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Education:Proven completed vocational training/apprenticeship certificate in a field conducive to release activity of the aircraft wheels and brakes

or

• An Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) related to the type and scope of the release activity

or

• An aeronautical diploma or certificate from the relevant field, which is conducive to the release activity

or

• Technical school diploma/certificate

or

• Military diploma or certificate related to the release activity, aeronautical diploma or certificate
• Experience qualification acquired within last 12 months of practical maintenance experience or equivalent experience at another approved aircraft or components maintenance organization - logbooks and/or company authorization certificates
• English language - sufficient, reading & written, a working knowledge of the language in which the maintenance data is published (mainly in English)
• Using and knowledge of the ERP system - AMOS (advantage)
• EU passport or valid residence permit
