Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Milano seeks an Audio Visual Technician to support conference spaces and AV systems. You will deliver high-level technical support for internal, client, and executive meetings and ensure proper operation of room equipment.

You will work with Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Crestron Flex, and Polycom VTC, monitor room bookings, coordinate setups, and perform routine maintenance and software updates to keep conferences running smoothly.

Competenze

• Two years of experience in a client or customer service-oriented environment.
• Two+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with integrated AV systems and ability to learn new software.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Provide high-level technical support for internal, client, and executive meetings.
• Identify potential AV issues and implement solutions.
• Support video conferencing services (Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
• Monitor and manage conference room booking and setup.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of AV equipment.
• Submit IT tickets for AV technology and coordinate with IT.
