You will work with architects, AI engineers and cybersecurity professionals to define target architectures, drive automation adoption and deliver secure, scalable platforms with measurable business outcomes.

Competenze

• Master degree in Electronics, Informatics, Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Engineering
• Knowledge of English at least level B2
• Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, IaC, CI/CD, GitOps and Platform Engineering
• Hands-on experience in DevSecOps, observability and large-scale infrastructure modernization

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities. You will design and lead strategic DevOps and platform engineering initiatives for leading clients, helping them accelerate digital transformation and unlock faster time-to-market. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define target architectures, drive cloud and automation adoption, and deliver secure, scalable platforms that support critical business outcomes. You will own the transformation roadmap from strategy to execution, ensuring lasting impact and measurable results.
• Tech & tools stack. You will leverage cloud-native and sovereign cloud technologies to design next-generation platforms that combine automation, scalability and security by design. You will drive the adoption of Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, observability and AIOps practices, enabling predictive operations, intelligent remediation and accelerated software delivery. By integrating AI-driven engineering capabilities, you will help clients build resilient digital foundations that support innovation and business growth.
• Team work. You will work within an international team of Architects, AI Engineers, Cloud Specialists, DevOps Experts and Cybersecurity Professionals, delivering strategic projects for major European organizations. You will collaborate across disciplines to solve complex business and technology challenges, combining innovation, engineering excellence and close interaction with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Academic background. Master Degree in: Electronic, Informatics, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering. Knowledge of the English language at least at level B2
• Valuable expertise. Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, GitOps and Platform Engineering, combined with hands-on experience in DevSecOps, observability and large-scale infrastructure modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in automation, distributed systems and secure software delivery, together with the ability to define technology roadmaps, engage stakeholders and drive complex digital transformation programs. Certifications in cloud-native technologies, agile delivery, service management or enterprise architecture are considered a plus.
• Nice to have. Experience with Platform Engineering, AIOps, sovereign cloud environments, Software Supply Chain Security and large-scale digital transformation initiatives is considered a strong plus. Exposure to Industrial IoT, digital twins, federated architectures, regulated industries or European innovation programmes, together with contributions to open-source communities and relevant professional certifications, will help candidates stand out.

The compensation package will be determined based on your professional background, technical skills, expertise, and the level of responsibility associated with the role. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) applied is the Tertiary, Distribution and Services Sector (Commercio).The job classification will be assessed starting from level IV, and the gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €31,000 to €50,000. Previous experience with emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, Physical AI, Quantum Computing, and Foundation Models, including LLM training, fine-tuning, and optimization, will be considered a valuable asset.
