Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, economics, business or equivalent
• 0–3 years of professional experience in product, marketing or commercial roles
• Automotive sector exposure is a plus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Good project management and organizational capabilities
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional and international teams
• Customer-centric mindset and curiosity toward products and markets
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent English and Italian
• Ownership, accountability and proactivity in learning

Responsibilities

• Analyze the competitive landscape, market trends and customer expectations for assigned vehicle segments
• Translate insights and brand objectives into product attributes and content
• Prepare product briefs and proposals during concept phase
• Manage the Product Grid / Product Referential across markets
• Support product definition through lifecycle from concept to updates
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Finance and Sales for alignment
• Coordinate with regional product teams to align plans and priorities
• Support commercial and technical teams during launches
• Contribute to product evolutions to maintain market relevance
