Msx International is seeking an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers with complex vehicle issues. You’ll be the escalation point, helping reduce downtime and deliver first-time-right repairs, on-site and remotely.

You will diagnose electrical, electronic, and drivability faults, use OEM tools like wiTECH and DiagBOX, read wiring diagrams, identify root causes, coach technicians, and feed recurring issues into continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Strong automotive diagnostics experience with hands-on support or field service.
• Able to fix complex electrical/electronic faults and read wiring diagrams.
• Experience working with workshops or technical teams and guiding technicians.

What you’ll do:

• Support dealerships and repairers strongon-site and remotely
• Diagnose and resolve strongcomplex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults
• Use OEM tools (e.g. strongwiTECH, DiagBOX ) for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization
• Identify strongroot causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Support both strongindividual cases and wider technical issues across fleets
• Create clear strongtechnical reports and case updates
• Coach technicians and provide stronghands-on guidance
• Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement

What you bring:

• Strong experience in strongautomotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service
• Proven ability to fix strongcomplex electrical/electronic faults
• Hands-on use of strongOEM diagnostic tools
• Confidence reading strongwiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams
• Ability to support and guide technicians
• Preferred: experience in field-based or multi-site support, multi-brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support background

Technical knowledge:

• Modern vehicle systems: strongpowertrain, ADAS, body electronics
• Networks: strongCAN / LIN / FlexRay
• Diagnostic methods: strongroot cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashing

Language:

• Working proficiency in English required (written and spoken)
