Alium in Turin, Italy is seeking multiple C++ Embedded Software Engineers for a role focusing on next-generation onboard automotive embedded systems. The position offers a hybrid work model and a minimum 12-month commitment, with visa/work authority to work in Italy.

The role involves developing diagnostics and OTA update mechanisms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to software architecture in an Agile environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in the automotive diagnostic domain.
• Strong understanding of On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) architectures.
• Strong hands-on C++ development experience and familiarity with C++ development toolchains.
• Experience developing onboard application software and configuring Diagnostics Stacks.
• Practical experience with UDS over CAN, CAN-FD, DoIP.
• Experience with Linux or QNX in automotive environments.
• Hands-on experience with SOME/IP in automotive systems.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain embedded automotive software using C++.
• Design, implement, unit test, debug, and maintain software modules and components.
• Work on vehicle diagnostics and OTA update solutions.
• Contribute to software architecture and participate in design discussions.
