Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- 3–4 years of professional experience in manufacturing technology
- Fluency in Italian and English; German is a plus
- Strong analytical and project-management skills
- Collaborative mindset with change leadership abilities
Responsibilities
- Define and enhance manufacturing technologies for key processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Evaluate technology concepts to improve productivity and process robustness while promoting cross-site standardization.
- Drive technology transfer and share best practices between the Venice site and the wider Cluster MPT network.
- Identify equipment and automation needs, translating them into CapEx portfolio specifications.
- Support RFI/RFQ activities and collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, and Industrial Engineering to select suppliers.
