The candidate will be responsible for implementing automation opportunities, developing RPA workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders. Expected yearly salary is between €25K and €34K, depending on experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Automation & RPA Engineer to help transform and automate internal processes across our European IT organization.

This role focuses on process optimization, automation delivery, and future AI enablement.

No prior experience in pharma or laboratory systems is required — we are looking for a smart, curious profile with strong automation mindset and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement automation opportunities across IT and business processes;
• Develop RPA workflows, scripts, and automations (e.g. Power Automate, Python, PowerShell);
• Automate repetitive activities such as: Reporting & KPIs; Data handling & reconciliation; IT support processes;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver practical solutions;
• Contribute to AI-driven initiatives (e.g. copilots, intelligent agents);
• Continuously improve and scale automation solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in automation / RPA / scripting / process improvement;
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as: Power Automate / RPA tools, Python, PowerShell or similar;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies;
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new environments;
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with APIs or system integrations;
• Exposure to Power Platform or low-code tools;
• Basic data handling or database knowledge.

Additional Information

Expected salary (RAL) range for the role: €25–34K

Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and alignment with the company’s salary ranges for the role.
