Job summary

Nadara is seeking a Scalable Operations Analyst in Madrid to drive automation, AI-powered tooling, and robust data platforms. You will own dashboards, write automation, and partner across Ops, IT, and business teams to achieve scalable growth.

You will leverage advanced Excel, SQL, Python or VBA, and Power BI to reduce manual work and improve decision quality. This role emphasizes hands-on optimization and measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel proficiency required.
• SQL for data queries; Python or VBA for automations - required.
• Power BI or equivalent data visualization tool - required.
• Familiarity with operational systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a broad range of mid-level operational tasks across all Scalable Operations workstreams.
• Manage end-to-end processes: initiative status review cycles, KPI data collection, Lessons Learned, TOM-adoption monitoring.
• Coordinate multi-department inputs, chasing stakeholders, maintaining momentum on deliverables.
• Conduct structured data reviews and flag inconsistencies, gaps, or risks to the Lead.
• Support COO-level outputs: consolidating data, structuring analyses, drafting first versions of briefings and reports.
• Maintain the centralized initiative dashboard and tracking tools; ensure accuracy.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel) as technical owner.
• Develop automations and AI agents to reduce manual effort across processes.
• Work with IT & Digital and NAIT to build complex agents and automations.
• Act as point of contact for key platforms (Maximo, Dynamics 365, Power BI, SharePoint).
• Own Scalable Operations’ data quality standards and monitoring.
• Maintain automation backlog with use cases and status.
• Validate AI outputs with test cases and human review steps.
• Assist in quantification and reporting of automation benefits.
