Nadara is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive AI transformation.

This role involves leading AI initiatives, collaborating across teams, and ensuring adherence to responsible AI practices. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, experience in AI technologies, and a collaborative mindset. This position offers a hybrid work model based in Milano, with occasional travel required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Master's degree is highly desirable, especially in data, ML.
• 2+ years of experience in genAI and 4+ years in Power Automate.

Mansioni

• Design and build AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows.
• Build and operationalise AI models and pipelines on Azure AI Foundry.

Conoscenze

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio

Proficiency in Power Automate

Working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry services

Experience with Python, SQL and/or .NET

Understanding of data engineering fundamentals

Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps practices

Fluency in English

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Master’s degree in data, ML, genAI or related field

2+ years professional experience in genAI

4+ years experience in Power Automate, data science

Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate)
