Job summary

Nadara is hiring an AI Engineer in Lisbon to design, build and deploy AI-powered solutions supporting the company’s AI transformation and operational efficiency goals. You will lead AI initiatives through discovery to deployment, champion responsible AI, and collaborate with engineering, operations, analytics and external partners.

The role requires hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI Foundry, and a strong data engineering background.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or STEM.
Master’s degree in data, ML, genAI or related field preferred.
2+ years in genAI and 4+ years in Power Automate, data science or ML landscape.
Azure/ Microsoft certifications are a plus such as Azure AI Engineer Associate.
Portfolio of AI projects or PoC demonstrating practical experience.

Responsibilities

Design and build AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and copilots.
Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to automate processes.
Build and operationalise AI models and pipelines on Azure AI Foundry.
Integrate AI solutions with Nadara data platforms (Snowflake Cortex AI, etc).
Collaborate with data engineers, domain experts and stakeholders to define use cases.
Monitor deployed AI solutions for reliability, performance and security.
Evaluate emerging AI tools and provide evidence-based recommendations.
