Sanofi in Milan is seeking a Head of Autoimmune Diabetes T1D Italy to lead the Italy launch of Teizeild. You will shape commercial strategy, build health-system readiness, and position Teizeild as the reference therapy in pre-clinical T1D in Italy.

You will report to the General Manager and join the GenMed Italy leadership team, coordinating with Medical, Market Access, Public Affairs and Communications, driving multi-stakeholder engagement, and delivering a durable access and uptake plan

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing on launch brands in pharma.
• Brand P&L ownership accountability.
• Led Local Brand Team with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong ability to lead, influence, and execute with excellence.

Responsabilités

• Lead the T1D team to launch Teizeild in Italy and co-build the Integrated Growth Plan with Global.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, Public Affairs, Communications to tailor stakeholder engagement.
• Adapt and execute glocal omnichannel engagement to local context.
• Secure optimal market access for Teizeild reflecting its therapeutic innovation.
• Drive launch uptake and readiness in centers of excellence and build acceptance in the healthcare community.
• Shape healthcare system readiness at launch and beyond; accelerate screening and access strategies.
• Leverage AI to identify at-risk patients and streamline patient journey.
• Expand ecosystem with COEs, payers, and patient communities for seamless care pathways.
• Anticipate future immunotherapy developments and contribute to Sanofi's leadership in T1D.
• Monitor market trends and drive improvements in outcomes and experiences.
• Lead and grow the team with intrapreneurial mindset and GenMed Italy leadership contributions.
