TMF Group is seeking an Associate Fund Accountant to maintain fund accounting records and deliver high-quality reporting for client portfolios. You will manage NAV calculations, investor allocations, and capital accounts with IFRS GAAP alignment.

You will prepare investor and regulatory reports, maintain investor records, and ensure timely responses to queries. The role supports a hybrid work model with start from October and growth opportunities within a global firm.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an economic field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in fund accounting.
• Knowledge of IFRS GAAP and fund structures.

Mansioni

• Maintain the general ledger and perform daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting for funds.
• Prepare NAV calculations, investor allocations, and capital account statements.
• Ensure accurate recording of capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and client-specific requirements.
• Prepare investor reports, capital call notices, and distribution notices.
• Maintain investor records and respond to investor queries in a timely manner.
• Reporting to the Bank of Italy and Consob
• CRS/FATCA reporting

The Associate Fund Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate fund accounting records and delivering high-quality financial reporting for assigned client portfolios. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of fund accounting standards, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Accounting & Reporting

• Maintain the general ledger and perform daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting for funds
• Prepare NAV calculations, investor allocations, and capital account statements
• Ensure accurate recording of capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest

Financial Statements & Compliance

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS GAAP
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and client-specific requirements

Investor Reporting

• Prepare investor reports, capital call notices, and distribution notices
• Maintain investor records and respond to investor queries in a timely manner

Regulatory Reporting

• Reporting to the Bank of Italy and Consob
• CRS/FATCA reporting

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an economic field

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in fund accounting
• Knowledge of IFRS GAAP and fund structures
