Travelive planners are available for consultation with advisors and their clients.Itineraries are completed by our in-house concierge team and all guests have access to our 24/7 in-destination support.

We are looking to expand our team in our Voula office in Athens, Greece and are seeking an Assistant Travel Planner.

Applicants should be highly motivated individuals seeking a career path featuring exceptional opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities include:

Assist in creating bespoke travel itineraries tailored to client preferences and budget.
Provide administrative support to the travel planning team, including managing client communications and documentation.
Research destinations, accommodations, and activities to stay updated on travel trends and offerings.
Assist in resolving client inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.

Qualified applicants should have:

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for travel and a desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Company CRM, and Booking Platform
Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus but not required.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
