Burberry at Serravalle Outlet is hiring a Department Manager to join our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial performance. Supporting the Store Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of 39 in-store colleagues in a dynamic luxury retail environment.

You will coach and develop talent, provide real-time feedback, monitor sales performance, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure operational excellence.
