adidas Italy is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, uphold retail standards, and deliver a premium adidas experience on the shop floor.

You will lead the team, drive KPI performance, coach staff, and assist with recruitment and training, while maintaining Visual Merchandising and customer service excellence.

Competenze

• At least 18 months in retail with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Solid understanding of retail operations.
• Analytical skills to interpret KPIs and drive performance.
• Knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles.
• Proficient in MS Office and English (B2+).

Your role & impact:

As Assistant Store Manager, you play a key role in driving store performance by supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and execution of retail standards. You help create a high-performing, consumer-focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium adidas experience.

You act as a role model, motivating and developing your team while contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and compliance

What we are looking for in you:

• Minimum 18 months of experience in a retail environment (sports/fashion preferred), including supervisory responsibility or experience as Assistant Store Manager
• Strong team leadership and coaching skills
• Solid understanding of retail operations and store processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance
• Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
