Aman Group is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager for Aman Rosa Alpina in the Dolomites to lead the Front Office team and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. The role reports to the Front Office Manager and emphasizes brand standards, guest recognition, and service recovery.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of leadership experience in an international luxury hotel, strong computer skills, and a proactive, team-led approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Degree or diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Duty Manager or AFOM in international luxury hotel.
• Strong computer skills and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to lead, motivate and develop a team.
