Aman Rosa Alpina in Italy seeks a detail-oriented Financial Specialist/Accountant to maintain accurate accounting records, conduct revenue/cost accounting, and support month-end close. The role requires experience with SunSystems and Opera PMS, ensuring audit readiness and compliance within a luxury hospitality setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong background in bookkeeping and revenue accounting.
• Experience in income audit, preferably in hospitality.
• Hands-on experience with SunSystems is preferred.
• Experience with Opera PMS is preferred.
• Understanding of revenue accounting, cost accounting, and general ledger processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Mansioni

• Perform daily income audit procedures and verify the completeness and accuracy of revenue transactions.
• Review revenue data from Opera PMS and upload financial information into SunSystems.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between operational reports and accounting records.
• Ensure all revenue streams are correctly recorded and reported.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reconciliation reports.
