Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences in Salò invites an Assistant Front Office Manager to support the front office team and ensure a welcoming, smooth operation for guests. The role requires 2–3 years in front office, hospitality training, and fluent German and English, plus strong communication and Protel/Microsoft Office skills.

Competenze

• At least 2–3 years of work experience in the front office area.
• Completed hospitality vocational training.
• Excellent German and English skills; additional languages desirable.
• Good Microsoft Office and Protel skills.

Mansioni

• Assists the front office manager with all their duties and fills in for them when they are away.
• Is responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly and for our guests being warmly welcomed.
• Is actively involved in all Reception and Reservation operations.
• Ensures that our guests have a pleasant stay from beginning to end.
• Professionally handles complaints on site.
• Maintains regular guest information and the profile system in Protel.
• Coordinates with Housekeeping.
