Atlas Copco in Italy is seeking an Assistant Business Controller to integrate and strengthen financial and admin operations for acquired companies within Compressor Technique. You will report to the Business Controller CT and help drive synergy realization.

You will contribute to financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making while ensuring IFRS compliance and alignment with group standards. Strong Excel, ERP know-how, and travel readiness are required.

Competenze

• University degree in Finance or Economy.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business control, finance, or business administration.
• Solid understanding of Group accounting principles, IFRS, and local statutory regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong MS Office and digital competence.
• Team player capable of traveling within the assigned territory.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Your role

Following the plan to buy a new company in Italy in Customer center Compressor Technique, we are now looking for a dedicated Assistant Business Controller for acquired companies and Compressor Technique business .

The Assistant Business Controller for acquired companies will play a key role in integrating and strengthening the financial and administrative operations of the company and will report to the Business Controller Compressor Technique.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will proactively contribute to drive the financial and administrative integration of the company, ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining operational agility.

You will be responsible, under the guidance of Business Controller CT, for financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with IFRS andThe Way We Do Things. Establishing a solid group reporting process will be a key priority, but also you will identify thenecessary policy and process adjustments to align with the Atlas Copco Group standards.

Beyond reporting, your insights will play a crucial role in business decision-making. By developing analytical tools andproviding data-driven recommendations, you will help guide the company’s strategic direction and support the successfulexecution of the synergy plans outlined in the acquisition model.

Your ability to assess business trends and raise financial red flags when needed will be essential in safeguarding thecompany’s financial health.

To succeed, you will need

• University degree in Finance or Economy.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business control, finance, or business administration.
• A solid understanding of Group accounting principles, IFRS, and local statutory regulations is essential, experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office, and solid digital competence.

• Job classification and collective labor agreement (CCNL): White collar, from Level 2 under the Tertiary, Distribution and Services Collective Bargaining Agreement
• Starting salary within the relevant salary range: from EUR 43.000 gross per year
