Your Profile

• Experience in hospitality or bar/restaurant management with a solid understanding of day-to-day operations
• A confident, hands-on leader who supports the team with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing reservations, organizing events, and supporting in-house promotions
• Familiar with hospitality tech tools like POS systems, booking platforms, and basic reporting
• Able to support the kitchen team, with a basic understanding of food service and coordination
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus and helpful for daily operations
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and busy periods like holidays or events

Your Responsibilities

• Running an authentic Irish pub with character, warmth, and attention to detail
• Leading daily operations, including staff supervision and shift management
• Creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere for sports, music, and celebrations
• Coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen to ensure smooth service
• Overseeing a menu of home-cooked seasonal dishes, premium drinks, and cocktails
• Managing bookings, events, and in-house promotions
• Monitoring the quality of service, food, and drinks to consistently exceed guest expectations
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Supporting stock control, ordering, and opening/closing procedures
