Job summary

DO & CO, a premier catering partner for iconic sporting events, invites motivated professionals to join our production teams in Munich. Relocation to Munich is required.

You will contribute to match-day operations at Allianz Arena, SAP Garden Arena and other venues, delivering high-quality meals in fast-paced environments. You will work from recipe to service in hot and cold kitchens, organize your area, uphold HACCP standards, and ensure guest satisfaction in VIP and public areas.

Qualifications

• Willingness to move to Munich, Germany.
• Team spirit! Without this you will not be successful!
• Adaptable and flexible - both at the events and outside.
• Experience of working with a high volume of work and an energetic, charismatic personality.
• Pride in your work to create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supporting food production on match days in Munich venues.
• Production according to recipes in hot and cold kitchens.
• Organizing your work area in canteen kitchens, restaurants and banquet areas.
• Ensuring quality and quantity of all meals in VIP and public areas.
• Implementation of and compliance with high quality standards.
• Compliance with HACCP specifications.
• Cleaning and keeping the workplace clean.
