Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking a driven professional to support the Asset Rotation team through the full lifecycle of sell-side renewables transactions. You will connect financial analysis, due diligence coordination and process execution across internal and external stakeholders.

You bring 2–4 years in M&A, project finance or transaction advisory, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English (Italian a plus).

Competenze

• 2–4 years in M&A, project finance, transaction advisory or business analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts and valuation fundamentals.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English; Italian a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate DD checks and verify outputs across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare and maintain VDR structure with access control and documentation.
• Coordinate responses to Q&A from counterparties and investors.
• Support teasers, process letters and information requests for competitive processes.
• Prepare financial summaries and management presentations; build dashboards.
