Michael Page cerca un Investment Analyst per supportare decisioni di investimento, esecuzione di transazioni e valutazione di portafoglio tramite modelli finanziari avanzati su progetti energetici rinnovabili.

La posizione offre visibilità diretta a stakeholder senior e opportunità di crescita in una piattaforma in rapida espansione, con modello di lavoro ibrido basato a Roma.

Competenze

• Laurea in finanza, economia, ingegneria o discipline affini.
• 4–8 anni di esperienza in modellazione finanziaria, project finance o investimenti infrastrutturali/energie rinnovabili.
• Competenze avanzate di modellazione e valutazione.
• Conoscenza di strutture di project finance, sizing del debito e metriche d'investimento (IRR, NPV, DSCR).
• Eccezionali habilidades Excel e PowerPoint.
• La conoscenza di energia e infrastrutture è un vantaggio.
• Familiarità con Power BI, Python o strumenti di automazione finanziaria è un plus.
• Fluente in inglese e italiano.

Mansioni

• Costruire e mantenere modelli finanziari complessi per progetti energetici rinnovabili.
• Guidare attività di valutazione per progetti, portafogli e opportunità di acquisizione.
• Condurre scenari, analisi di sensibilità e stress test sugli driver chiave.
• Supportare l'esecuzione delle transazioni, due diligence e attività di finanziamento.
• Valutare l'economia dei progetti in diversi mercati e quadri normativi.
• Preparare materiali per comitato investimenti e consigli di amministrazione.
• Sviluppare e migliorare standard di modellazione, controlli e pratiche.
• Collaborare con team di investimento, finanza, tecnico e gestione asset.

The Investment Analyst will play a key role in supporting investment decisions, transaction execution and portfolio valuation through the development of sophisticated financial models for renewable energy assets. The company manages opportunities across the entire asset lifecycle, combining investment expertise, infrastructure management and corporate finance capabilities to create long-term value.

Descrizione

Reporting directly to the Transaction Director, the Financial Modeller will be responsible for supporting investment decisions through the development and management of sophisticated financial models and valuation analyses. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining complex project finance models for renewable energy assets.
• Leading valuation activities for projects, portfolios and acquisition opportunities.
• Performing scenario, sensitivity and stress-testing analyses across key investment drivers.
• Supporting transaction execution, due diligence processes and financing activities.
• Assessing project economics under different market and regulatory frameworks.
• Preparing investment committee and board materials, presenting financial analyses and investment recommendations.
• Developing and improving modelling standards, controls and practices across the organisation.
• Collaborating with investment, finance, technical and asset management teams.
• Supporting data-driven decision making through advanced analytics and financial modelling tools.
• Acting as a technical reference point and mentor for junior team members.
  

Profilo del Candidato

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 4-8 years of experience in financial modelling, project finance, infrastructure or renewable energy investments.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
• Strong understanding of project finance structures, debt sizing and investment metrics (IRR, NPV, DSCR).
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of the energy and infrastructure market would be considered a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Python or financial automation tools is a plus.
• Fluent English and Italian.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and communication skills.
